SHIPPING POLICY

 

Ranai Beauty is committed to processing orders quickly and ensuring your products arrive safely. 

 

Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 4 pm EST will be processed the next business day.
  • During major sales, holiday periods, or new product launches, processing may take up to 5 business days

Shipping Methods & Rates (U.S. Domestic)

  • We offer economy, standard and expedited shipping options. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.
  • Free Standard Shipping: offered for all U.S. domestic orders over $65.00
  • International orders are not accepted at the moment on our website. We apologies for the inconvenience.

Delivery & Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a link to monitor your packages' journey. 
  • Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date. 

Address Responsibility

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. 
  • Ranai Beauty is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements in these circumstances.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the item. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Ranai Beauty is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but are stolen or lost after delivery. 
  • Please ensure your delivery location is secure. Claims for lost or stolen packages must be filed by the customer directly with the shipping carrier. 

 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our products (personal care and hygiene), Ranai Beauty adheres to a specific return policy to ensure product integrity and safety for all customers. 

Return, Exchange and Refunds:

To maintain the high standards, we set for our products, we have a strict policy in place: all sales are final. This policy helps us ensure that every product you receive is in perfect condition and has not been compromised in any way. We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us uphold these quality standards. As a result, no returns or exchanges are accepted after order placement.  

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages:

We take all precautions to ensure your order arrives undamaged and in perfect condition, we are not liable for lost or damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier. A claim will need to be filed directly with the shipping carrier. Feel free to reach out to us for assistance with your claim. We’re here to help support you the best way we can through the process of filing a claim.

Received Missing/incorrect item(s):

To address any incorrect or missing items, contact us at support@ranaibeauty.com within 5 business days of receiving your order. Please include pictures of damaged items for assistance. Expect a refund or replacement promptly. Our team will happily send you a refund or replace the missing/incorrect item.

Order Cancellation:

You can only cancel your order prior to the shipment. To cancel your order please email us at support@ranaibeauty.com or send a message to our support team by using our contact form.

We cannot cancel an order once an order has been shipped & moved to fulfilment.

 

Changes to order:

after placing an order, purchased items and discounts cannot be altered, so please ensure accurate selection of items, codes, and information.
